Dr. Rizzo is a Plastic Surgeon practicing in Honolulu, HI, and he is internationally recognized for his skill and experience. He has taught hundreds of at meetings of highly respected professional organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Pan Pacific Surgical Association, the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Hawaii Plastic Surgery Society.
