Damaged / Defective items:
We will gladly replace items which are defective or damaged. Please open and inspect your product shipment thoroughly on receipt. Defective or damaged items must be reported promptly (within 10 days of receipt) in order to be eligible for a full credit return or exchange. Defective or damaged goods which are reported after the 10 day period are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because many of our products have a limited shelf life, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 10 day period, except in the case of damaged or defective items. Please open and check your order promptly when you receive it, and report any problems to us in a timely manner.

Other Returns:
As a retail merchant, we understand the customer's need to know that if they are not satisfied with a product it can be returned. Being a small business we will work with the customer to authorize a return only if we can return the product to our supplier for credit or replacement. If we can re-sell the product as new or be reimbursed by our supplier, we will not have any reason to deny your request.

Returns or exchanges for reasons *other* than defective or damage are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and products must be returned in new condition, i.e. all original packaging and seals intact and un-opened. Because we cannot sell a used or opened item, no item can be returned or exchanged after it has been opened or used.
